Abstract

The authors have calculated the average binding energy and level width of D()-stat resonance in a quantum molecule in an external electric field. The calculations have been performed in a model of zero-range potential in consideration of tunnel collapse resonant state. The article shows that the external electric field stimulates the decay of D()-state resonance during dissipative tunneling.

Key words

resonant donor states, average binding energy, impurity level width, dissipative tunneling.
